In recent months, many schools have struggled to provide a lunchtime meal for their students and staff, which has inevitably had an impact on education.

Kaira Konko Project Manager, Lamin Kinteh, has visited a number of rural schools facing food shortages this term, including Kolior Lower Basic School (pictured). He has provided each with rice, onions, oil and fish money, helping to enhance teaching and learning.

There are many more schools where students and staff go hungry. Please visit our donate page if you would like to support this project.
